Expression of Interest: Distance Learning Expert in ELT

The ELT Council is seeking a suitable individual to join a working group that will be set up to process applications from distance learning providers in line with criteria laid out in legal notice 221 of 2015, ELT Council regulations.

The eligibility requisites for such services include:

• Evaluation of proposals received;
• Reviewing criteria and updating from time to time;
• Make recommendations to the ELT Council related to ELT programmes in distance learning;
• Develop a report of best practices and make recommendations aimed towards sectoral improvement in the provision of distance learning;
• Perform any other duty assigned by the ELT Council in relation to distance learning.

Requirements:

• Level 7 qualification in ELT;
• Expert knowledge in ELT curricula;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Studies.

Remuneration: 

A rate of €18/hour for a maximum of €1,000 per annum will be paid. Submissions for consideration are to be made by forwarding a CV along with a copy of all the above requirements by noon (CET) of 31 January 2020; via email: info.eltcouncil@gov.mt
