Taking stock of the current ELT scenario, in which one of the major challenges being faced by operators consists of recruiting suitably qualified and experienced professionals to occupy key positions in language schools, this document is intended to create a mechanism to evaluate requests by individuals who might not meet the legal notice’s exact requirements but hold comparable or equally valid qualifications and experience to carry out the functions associated with a specific role without compromising quality.
